Accessing support

There are three ways of accessing support:

  1. Check the SimpleClinic Knowledge Base - Always check this first for the latest online support on many categories of the program! This will often have the answers to your questions and step by step instructions with screenshots.

  2. Accessing support by email -- you can create a support ticket by emailing or clicking on the Email Support link at the bottom of the SimpleClinic screen.

  3. Accessing support by phone -- you can also contact support by phone on (07) 3040 0385.

Support hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.
